Investment in beneficial ownership of real estate in Malaysia which are Syariah Compliant, up to 100% of the Fund's Value of Fund may be invested in beneficial ownership of real estate in Malaysia.
Investment in Cash and any other money market instruments which are Syariah compliant and up to 66% of the Fund's value of Fund may be invested in cash and any other money market instrument.
Distributions may be made from the income of the Fund, if any, at the election of the Manager on a semi annual basis or at such other times as the Manager in its sole discretion may determine, subject to approval from the Trustee.
