How to change details of your name or IC number

To make amendments to your personal details, the following steps will be required:

Change of name

If there was a spelling error in your name or your child's name (applicable for Yippie Care Plan), you would be required to provide us with a copy of your Identity Card/Birth Certificate.

Change in Identity Card/Birth Certificate number

If there is an error with your Identity Card/Birth Certificate Number, you would be required to provide us with a copy of your Identity Card/Birth Certificate.

Once we have rectified the errors, we will send a confirmation letter, advising of the changes that have been made to your policy.
