From October 2010, American Express Gold Credit Cardmembers, will be charged a nominal fee of RM5 per month for hardcopy statements.

To register online:

Cardmembers are advised to :

1. Login to M2U.
2. Select "Bills & Statements" and then "Statements".
3. If you are a first time Bills & Statement user, you will be prompted to "Accept Stop Hardcopy T&C". Click Accept.
4. Then click "Email Statement Delivery" and enter your email address and password.
5. If you are NOT a first time "Bills & Statement" user, you will need to click on "Email Statement Delivery" and enter your email address and password.

You may also download and view your statements via Maybank2u.com "Bills & Statements".

To obtain your access to Maybank2u.com, please visit the nearest Maybank branch to request for a pin number.
