- Up to 105% (if inclusive of Personal Reducing Term Assurance (PRTA) and Will Fee (if any) inclusive of Goods and Service Tax)

- Up to age 65, whichever is earlier
- Financing below RM30,000
BR + 2.50% (for 1st 3 years)
BR + 2.55% (thereafter)
- Financing RM30,000 & above
BR + 2.20% (throughout financing tenure)
Currently Bank's Base Rate (BR) is 3.0% p.a. w.e.f. 15/07/2016
