- Monthly salary statements (last 3 months) and Borang J (last 3 years)
- For businessmen
- Financial statements (last 3 years) and Borang J (last 3 years), as well as photocopies of last 6 months' bank statements
- A photocopy of title deed, Sales and Purchase Agreement
- A copy of valuation report (where required). The valuers must be approved by the bank
