Eligibility

Malaysian Bumiputera, Bumiputera Institution¹ and others as specified by the Deed.
Note¹: Any sale of units to Bumiputera Institution is by invitation from the Manager, in consultation with the Sponsor and subject to availability of Units.

Asset Allocation

Investment

Investment in beneficial ownership of real estate in Malaysia which are Shariah compliant, up to 100% of the Fund's Value of Fund may be invested in beneficial ownership of real estate in Malaysia.

Investment in Cash and any other money market instruments which are Shariah compliant and up to 66% of the Fund's value of Fund may be invested in cash and any other money market instrument.

Distribution Policy

Distributions may be made from the income of the Fund, if any, at the election of the Manager on a semi-annual basis or at such other times as the Manager in its sole discretion may determine, subject to approval from the Trustee. You are required to open a bank account or provide a bank account number in the application form when you first invest in the Fund.

Sales Charge per Unit

Currently, the Manager does not impose any sales charge whenever you buy the units.

Repurchase Charge

Currently, the Manager does not impose any repurchase charge whenever you sell the units.

Annual Management Fee

Up to 0.08% per annum of the Value of Fund, subject to minimum RM18,000 per annum.

Trustee Fee

0.08% per annum of the NAV of the Fund, subject to a minimum of RM18,000 per annum (excluding foreign custodian fees and charges).

Minimum Initial Investment

Individual

  • 100 units for cash transaction.
  • 1,000 units for EPF investment scheme²(up to maximum of combined limit 500,000 units per unit holder)

Note²: Investor is required to complete the Indemnity Declaration Form for EPF investment scheme

Minimum Subsequent Investment

  • 50 units for cash transaction.
  • 1,000 units for EPF investment scheme
    (up to maximum of combined limit 500,000 units per unit holder)
