The Manchester United Prepaid Card is a general purpose payment Visa Prepaid Card. This prepaid card is an E-Money instrument, which contains a monetary value which has been pre-loaded by the cardholder. The value will be deducted from the amount stored in the card whenever purchases are made. You are required to pre-load the card before making purchases.

Who can apply?

• Must be 18 years and above with valid address in Malaysia.

How to apply, register and activate

• Purchase Manchester United Prepaid Card starter pack @ RM20 each at selected Maybank branches or Maybank Event
• Complete application form and register at MU Prepaid Booth or
• Complete application form and fax the application form, along with a photocopy of IC or passport to 03-2070 6868 or email to prepaidcard@maybank.com.my
• Pin for cash withdrawal - Customer to walk in to branch for pin issuance

• Passport (i.e for non-residents/foreigner)

1. Select language - English/Malay

2. Select Maybank Cash Payment

3. Select Credit Cards

4. Enter Prepaid Card Number

5. Insert CASH and confirm

6. Please take confirmation receipt.

7. Transaction complete.

@ Maybank ATM

1. Insert Debit Card

2. Select English/Malay & enter PIN number

3. Select other transaction

4. Select Prepaid Payment

5. Enter Prepaid number

6. Enter amount and confirm

7. Select from which account and confirm

8. Transaction processed, take card

9. Take confirmation slip.

10. Transaction complete.

How to get PIN for withdrawal of CASH

1. Visit any Maybank Branch (as per current BAU process for credit card PIN issuance)

2. Complete form with Name, NRIC and Prepaid Card number

3. Temporary PIN issued

4. To change PIN same day and Prepaid card ready for withdrawal.

Steps for Cash Withdrawal via ATM - Prepaid Card

1. Insert card, select language (Bahasa Malaysia/English)
2. Please enter your personal identification number (6 Digits)
3. At Main menu , please select a transaction (cash withdrawal)
4. Select other amounts or account.
5. Please enter amount to be issued RM0.00 (Please confirm Yes or No)
6. Please select Credit Card.
7. Transaction processed, take card and cash.
8. Take confirmation slip.
9. Transaction complete.
