Maybank Automated Rates Trading System (MRATES) is a new rate system for special rate request. With this system implemented, request for special rate is done online instead of calling dealers for quotation.

The booking of special rate via MRATES is to enable clients to achieve the following:

1. Improve on the turn around time in calling FX dealers for special rate
2. Reduce the risk of double booking of special rate
