Guarantee Cover

• For companies with shareholders' equity not exceeding RM20 million:
  - The Government will guarantee 80% of the loan limit.
  - Guarantee fee will be borne by the borrower
• For companies with shareholders' equity exceeding RM20 million:
  - The Government will guarantee 50% of the loan limit.
  - Guarantee fee will be borne by the borrower
  

Eligibility

• Legally registered Malaysian-owned company (at least 51%)
• Valid for companies in all economic sectors
• Financing investments increase productivity in high value added activities, such as Research & Development, and downstream agriculture activities
• Financing investments that promote greater application of green technology
  

Ineligibility

• Refinancing of existing credit facilities
