How to apply?

Via Maybank2u.com

  1. Login to Maybank2u.com and go to Mobile Banking tab.

  2. Select ‘MyMobile Banking Services'.

  3. Enter and reconfirm on 6-digit mPIN.

  4. User to read & agree with the 'Terms and Conditions' and ‘Product Disclosure Sheet'.

  5. Enter TAC number, and click on Confirm.

  6. Proceed to Manage Accounts to select maximum up to 3 of each Current Accounts, Savings Accounts & Credit Cards.

  7. After a valid TAC entered, the status acknowledgement page will be displayed.

  8. Select Bill Maintenance to select the Payees to be tagged for your MyMobile access.

  9. List of existing favourite Payees (if any) you have earlier registered would be populated, if it matches the Top 12 Maybank Payees.

  10. You can select maximum up to 10 Payees to be tied to the MyMobile access.

  11. Enter TAC number, and click Confirm to proceed.

  12. The status acknowledgement page will be displayed upon successful Bill Maintenance.


Via Kawanku ATM

  1. Insert ATM card & enter Pin.

  2. Select Other Transaction.

  3. Select Other Services.

  4. Select MyMobile.

  5. Select mPIN registration.

  6. Agree to the ‘Terms & Conditions' & ‘Product Disclosure Sheet'.

  7. Enter Mobile Phone Number.

  8. Enter 6 digit mPIN.

  9. Re-enter mPIN for Confirmation.

  10. Upon successful mPIn registration, press ‘Continue" to Register Account.

  11. Select Register Account.

  12. Select Banking Account or Credit Card to register.

  13. Select maximum up to 3 of each Current Accounts, Savings Accounts & Credit Cards.

  14. Upon successful account registration, press ‘Yes' to register other account or press ‘No' to Quit.

  15. Retrieve ATM card.
