(Prepaid & Postpaid): Key in *128# and press Send.

(Postpaid): Key in ‘5' and press Send.
(Prepaid): Key in ‘6' and press Send.

 

3.

(Prepaid & Postpaid): Key in 4 and press Send.
 

4.

(Prepaid & Postpaid): Key in your phone model and press Send.
 

5.

(Prepaid & Postpaid): This will prompt you to send an SMS if you made an error in Step.
