Maybank is currently undertaking an extensive regional IT Transformation Programme across a 5-year horizon to enhance, upgrade and/or replace key banking systems across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines.
Maybank is now seeking for an advanced Enterprise CRM solution for both Retail and Wholesale Banking segment which will provide a standard technology across regional entities to improve customers satisfaction, established differentiated experience and increased revenue for Maybank in general.
This solutions should comprise a full suite of CRM capabilities i.e. Sales Force Automation (e.g. Opportunity Management), Campaign and Lead Management, Service Management, Feedback Management, Customer Management, Activity Management, Social CRM and Collaboration, as well as analytical functionalities. Preference will be given to a solution that leverages on the latest industry technologies and commit towards supporting the Group's dynamic business needs.

- The response to the RFI is due at 2:30 pm (Malaysia time), Friday, 29 June 2012. ("RFI submission deadline")
- Final date for interested parties to request for issuance of RFI shall be three (3) working days prior to RFI submission deadline.
- Maybank will only accept submission of RFI proposal from parties who have formally requested the RFI document from Maybank.
