Yippie Club, imteen and Premier 1 Trust Accountholders who have excelled in the 2011 STPM, SPM and MUET Examinations are invited to apply for our excellence cash award. The criteria to qualify for the cash awards are follows:

Grade requirement:

Existing account holders

Maintain RM1,000 in the account during the examination year for PMR, SPM, STPM / A-Levels until the date of submission for Cash Award

New account holders

Open and maintain RM1,000 in the account during the examination year for PMR, SPM, STPM/A-Levels until the date of submission for Cash Award.

Application can be submitted at the nearest Maybank Branch by completing the Yippie Club Academic Excellence Cash Award Claim Form or imteen Academic Excellence Cash Award Claim Form which also can be obtained from the branch.

Please enclose the following supporting documents*:

• Photocopy of NRIC
• Photocopy of examination result slip
• Photocopy of Yippie/Yippie-i passbook
• For imteen or Premier 1 trust accountholders, the branch personnel will verify you online account balance.

For item 1-3, kindly bring along the original document for verification.

Hurry! The closing date is one month from the date of the results announcement. Late submissions will not be accepted.
