To all Maybank customers,

Effective 1 January 2012 and in compliance with the Malaysian Competition Act 2010, all fees, rates and service charges will no longer be subjected to any trade and industry associations' guidelines.

All materials issued by the Maybank Group, not limited to brochures, terms and conditions which have reference to such trade and industry associations' guidelines on such fees, rates and service charges will no longer be applicable and will therefore be replaced by fees,rates and service charges as shall be determined by the Maybank Group in line with regulatory requirements.
