How to perform transfer

Sending money

• Bring some form of identification (e.g. passport/IC) and complete the send form
• Submit the send form together with the money you want to remit, plus the MoneyGram service fee*
• You will be given a MoneyGram reference number
• Contact the receiver and provide the reference number

*Currency exchange rate will be set by MoneyGram or its agents. Transfer fees applicable

Receiving money

• Ensure that the sender has given you the MoneyGram reference number
• Go to any Maybank MoneyGram representative, along with some form of identification (e.g. passport/IC)
• Complete the receive form
• Upon confirmation, you will be given the money immediately in the local currency
