c. 5th cash withdrawal transaction onwards for the month (unless the account balance is RM5,000 and above before that transaction)	RM0.50 per transaction
d. Unlimited ATM withdrawals (optional for non-Basic Accounts only)	Annual Fee: RM8
e. Replacement of lost or stolen card, damage due to cardholder's misuse or forgotten PIN	Service charge: RM12

Penalty Charge on Overdrawn accounts of Maybank Cardholders

MIDF / MIH share subscription through ATMs via:

a. Maybankard

i. Cash Advance fixed fee of 5% of transaction amount

ii. Finance Charge (interest) on Cash Advance until amount is paid in full
