Note:

• Inactive or dormant accounts not mentioned above have to pay a fee.

• To determine liability for a service fee, a customer's account will be considered individually.

• The RM10 service fee for each half year in June and December is computed from 27 December to 26 June and from 27 June to 26 December

Note:
If a customer's account shows a debit balance as a result of a service fee, the customer should be informed to cover the overdrawn position.

The fee is charged only if the customer fails to maintain an average balance of RM1,000,000 in Total Financial Assets (TFA) or RM250,000 in Investable Assets (IA) for the past 12 months.RM800 per annum
