How to apply

There are a few ways to register for Mobile Financial Services, as shown below:

  1. Login to and select 'Mobile Financial Services'
  2. Go to 'Registration/Account Maintenance'
  3. Enter TAC
  4. Key in mobile number to be registered. Choose preferred accounts
  5. A 6-digit password will be generated by the system and displayed onscreen
  6. If your registration is successful, you will receive confirmation via SMS. Use the password obtained during registration to activate the service
Celcom, DiGi
  1. Select 'Other Transaction' at 1st page of Main Menu
  2. Select 'Other Services' at 2nd page on Main Menu
  3. Select 'Mobile Banking' at 3rd page of Main Menu
  4. Select 'MFS Registration'
  5. The 'Terms and Conditions' declaration page will be displayed
  6. Select 'Yes' to proceed
  7. Enter mobile number to be registered
  8. Transaction accepted. A 6-digit password is generated by system and displayed on screen
  9. Your ATM slip will be printed with the 6-digit password
  10. You will receive an SMS if registration is successful. Proceed with Activation process via your mobile phone

  • Effective 1/8/11, Maxis will cease to support the SMS Banking via our Mobile Financial Services.
  • For DiGi users, please follow the same steps above and use 33628 (Short Code) upon availability of the service.
