Visit any of Maybank branches convenient to you OR
You may apply online for savings/current account under the category ‘Accounts & Banking'.
After you have submitted the form at Maybank2u.com, a note will appear, informing you of your reference number.
Click here to download and print Kawanku Electronic Banking Services Application form (PDF) to apply Kawanku Phone Banking with the new account.
Visit the branch after 3 working days to make initial deposit and bring along the Kawanku Electronic Banking Services Application for KPB Service.
Collect your Phone Banking PIN together with your ATM card (if requested).
You can now call 1-300 88 6688 for local or +603-7844 3696 for overseas customers to login to Kawanku Phone Banking services.
I am a Maybank Customer with an ATM Card (link to Current or Savings Account)
Go to any Maybank ATM machine.
At the Main Menu, select Kawanku Phone Banking service
Key in your own temporary 6-digit Kawanku Phone Banking Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Key in the same PIN again to confirm. For security reasons, your PIN will not be printed on the receipt.
You can now call 1-300 88 6688 for local or +603-7844 3696 for overseas customers to login to Kawanku Phone Banking services.
I am a Maybank Customer without a Maybank ATM/Credit Card
Please visit any Maybank branch.
Fill up Kawanku Electronic Banking Services Application Form.
Collect your Phone Banking PIN together with ATM card (if requested)
You can now call 1-300 88 6688 for local or +603-7844 3696 for overseas customers to login to Kawanku Phone Banking.
I have a business account example Partnership and Limited Company.
Print the Kawanku Electronic Banking Services Application form.
Complete the form and bring the form to any Home Branch of your Business Account
For Partnership, both signatures are required to sign on the form.
For Sdn Bhd/Limited company, Board of Directors can nominate authorized personnel up to the maximum of 4 operators per company by completing the Resolution Letter for the appointment.
Each of the operator will be given a separate Access Number and PIN number.
The operator can now call 1-300 88 6688 for local and +603-7844 3696 for overseas customers to login to Kawanku Phone Banking services.
Handy Hints
Press 99 to speak to our Customer Service Executive.
Press the * key and KPB will repeat the instruction to key in the service code.
Press the # key once you have completed keying the amount example RM500.00, just press 50000#.
Proceed to key in all codes before the voice instruction if you are a familiar user.
Use a fax phone line if you wish to have a receipt confirmation.
If you have forgotten your KPB PIN, contact 1-300 88 6688 for assistance.
