  1. Can I use this service when I am overseas?

    Yes, if your mobile phone has roaming service and the country you are in currently supports SMS.

    Note: Roaming service is not available for DiGi

  2. Can I register more than one mobile number for MFS?

    No, you can register only one mobile number for MFS.

  3. How do I activate MFS?

    To activate the service, you will need to:

    1. Key in the letter "A" followed by a space and a 6-digit numeric password of your choice.
    2. Send it to 32122 (for Maxis) or 33628 (for DiGi and Celcom) via SMS.

    You will receive an SMS informing you of the Maybank account all your MFS payments will be debited from. For Maxis postpaid subscribers, your Maxis bill will automatically be registered for MFS bill payment.

    Note: For security reasons, you must change your password before proceeding to use the service.
