You are advised to do so as the transaction slip would be useful in case there are discrepancies.

2. Can I pay my bills by depositing cash at Maybank's Cash Deposit Machines (CDM)?
No. All bill payments are debited from your banking accounts. Bill payment transactions must therefore be initiated via your ATM card and PIN.

3. Do I have to key in the bill payment amount to Scan&Pay?
After every successful scanning, the payment amount will appear on the screen except for Tenaga Nasional bills where you will have to manually key in the payment amount.

4. Can I Scan&Pay without using my ATM card/PIN?
No. Scan&Pay requires an ATM card and PIN usage.
