1. How will I know if my Hotlink top-up is successful?

The recipient will receive Hotlink SMS confirmation upon successful top up. Alternatively, type Enq<space><recipient mobile no.> and send to 33682 to make an enquiry. RM0.30 charge per sms enquiry.

Your top up will fail and you will be refunded the transaction amount within 7 working days.

You will be able to top up your local account upon accepted transaction, but you may not be able to receive the successful SMS notification.

7. How soon will I know the transaction status?
You should receive SMS confirmation within 10 minutes after the transaction is accepted. If you don't receive this, you can make an sms enquiry (RM0.30 per sms) or if the transaction failed, you will be refunded within 7 working days.
