1. What should I do if my travellers cheques are lost or stolen?
Report the loss immediately by calling the nearest Worldwide Refund Centre. You will receive a list of toll free telephone numbers when you purchase your travellers cheques. You can receive refund assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. How can I obtain replacement travellers cheques?
The Refund Service Centre staff can arrange for your replacement cheques to be made available by either directing you to a nearby bank or delivering them personally by courier to you.

3. Is there any commission charged if I purchase the travellers cheques using my Maybankard credit card (Visa/MasterCard/ExecCard)?
No commission will be charged.

4. What are the charges on encashment?
A commission of RM10 per transaction will be charged, along with a stamp duty of RM0.15 per cheque if the Malaysian stamp duty is unpaid.
