A plan that protects your home building against natural disasters, explosions, impact damage, theft and more while at the same time following Shariah principles.

Why do I need Home Building Takaful?
With the number of break-ins on the rise, you can take security to the next level while also protecting your home against unexpected natural disasters such as monsoons, which are common in this country.

Loss of rent (not exceeding 10% of the total sum covered on buildings)
The participant's liability to the public


Extend additional coverage for your home building against:

Plate glass not exceeding RM 1,000 per piece
Subsidence and landslip (subject to our review)


You can apply for this scheme if you are:
•An owner of residential houses, flats and condominiums.
(This is not applicable for buildings under construction.)
