| How it works? |

The customer and the bank enter into a “partnership” relationship
by forming a joint venture to raise the capital to acquire a property. |
| 2. |
The customer and the Bank become joint owner of the property and each
will have its respective shares based on the ratio equivalent to the
capital contribution. |
| 3. |
The bank leases it share to the customer and by making monthly payments
over an agreed period of time, the customer will gradually acquire the bank’s
ownership. |
| 4. |
Gradually, the bank’s share “diminishes” and the customer becomes
100% owner of the property. |
