Account Summary
Account summary allows you to perform an enquiry on
your margin account.
Actual Position
The real position in the customer's accounts i.e. actual
securities in hand, actual OD balance, etc.
All Stocks
Displays details of all stocks on your screen. You can
sort out the counters to be displayed according to stock
code, name, last done price, price change, volume, highest
price and lowest price in ascending or descending order
by clicking on the title header.
You can find a desired stock, using the stock name or
stock number, using the Search feature. Red
indicates a decrease in price, yellow
indicates price unchanged and green
denotes an increase in price as compared to the previous
day's closing price.
Available Facility
Total facility available to a customer to purchase stock.

Board Lots
Shares are normally traded in specific amounts called
Board Lots of 100 units. Any amount less than board
lots are called special lots or odd lots.
Brokerage Fee
Brokerage is payable by both buyer and seller.
With effect from 1 July 2002, the brokerage payable
for all trades in stocks, ordinary shares, preference
shares and other securities listed and traded on the
stock market of Bursa Malaysia [but excluding Government
Bonds and Municipal Debentures, Other debentures (non-convertible)
and Overseas Options] shall be on a fully negotiated
basis between the broker and its client, subject to
a maximum of 0.70% of the contract value.
Buy/Sell Order
Orders for shares that you wish to buy or sell.

Cancel/Reduce Order
The flexibility to reduce or cancel your buy/sell order
if it has not been confirmed.
Capped price
For Maybansec
Upper limit for price given for securities/shares for
the purpose of collateral calculation (usually in percentage
form).
For Maybankinvest
The maximum value given by Maybank to a particular counter
or stock (Bank value).
Clearing Fees

Committed Position
The position of trades is funded through Maybankinvest
or own cash already available from the account at the
same time of purchase.
Committed Uncleared Purchase or CUP
Where there is cash or available margin in the account
at the time of placing the purchase order, the said
order can be tagged as 'CUP' trade. This cash or margin
amount will be locked for this 'CUP' trade for settlement.
Committed Uncleared Sales or CUS
Cash will be received for the said sales order on settlement
day.
Confirmed Order Detail
This screen will show your confirmed order quantity.
Contra Enquiry
Contra Enquiry enables you to perform enquiries on your
contra transaction.
Contra Gain (CCG)
The purchase order for a counter, which has not been
settled yet and is sold by the customer to contra it.
The gain between the selling and buying orders is called
contra gain (CCG).
Contra Loss (CCL)
The purchase order for a counter, which has not been
settled yet and is sold by the customer to contra it.
The loss between the selling and buying prices loss
is called contra loss (CCL).

Direct Sale (DS)
The shares are in the possession of the customer when
the sale is effected.
Direct Uncleared Purchase or DUP
When the said funds are available at the time of placing
the purchase order, the order will be classified as
a 'DUP' trade.

Estimate Average Buy Price
The average price quoted for stocks which the customer
had purchased based on the market price (previous closing
price).
Expected FMR
FMR position of a customer which is expected for a particular
date.
Expected OS
The expected outstanding amount which the customer owes
to the Bank (Positive Balance) or the customer has the
money in the bank (Negative Balance).
Expected Settlement
The expected total amount to be paid and received for
a buying or selling order by the customer on a particular
date.

Favourite Stocks
For easy and quick retrieval of your stock portfolio,
you may select your own favourite stock by clicking
the Favourite Stocks option. Choose the stock counters
that you would monitor most frequently and save this
in Favourite Stock. To edit your favourite stocks listing,
please refer to the Utility
option.
Financing Margin Ratio or FMR
The margin to be maintained between the Debit Balance
and the Actual Security Value as stipulated in the Facility
Letter or any other margin as stipulated by the Bank
from time to time as the FMR.

Gainers by %
The counters are displayed according to the change in
percentage ie. between the closing price of the previous
day and the current price from the highest to the lowest
in descending order (Positive to Negative).

Indices Chart
Indices Chart displays the graphical chart for each
sector.
Indices Listing
Indices Listing provides you with the following information:
a. Previous day's closing index
b. Opening of the day's index
c. Highest index at a particular time
d. Lowest index at a particular time
e. Current index reading
f. Change of index (increase or decrease)
g. Time of latest index update

Losers by %
The counters are displayed according to the change in
percentage i.e the closing price of the previous day
and the current price from the highest to the lowest
in ascending order (Negative to Positive)

Match Order Detail
This screen will show your matched quantity, price and
time of your orders.
Minimum Bids
Minimum bid is the permissible increment/decrement on
the offer to buy price over the previous done or quoted
price. In trading on the Bursa Malaysia, bids and offers
for shares within different price ranges follow different
minimum bids. For example, if the last done price of
Company A is RM3.30, the buying or selling price bid
must increase or decrease by 2 sen, i.e. ..., RM3.28,
RM3.32, RM3.34, .... It cannot be ..., RM3.29, RM3.31,
RM3.33, .... more

The amount owed by the client in his account arising
from his transactions in securities, including all permissible
related charges before deducting any cash that was deposited
by the client.

Score order number
The score order number on the order screen currently
has no function
Sector Information
The Sector information displays the following details:
a. Number of counters
b. Number of counters in upward position
c. Number of counters in downward position
d. Number of unchanged counters
e. Number of untraded counters
f. Number of suspended counters
g. Volume traded
h. Value traded (in Ringgit Malaysia)
Stamp duty
The stamp duty chargeable on transactions on the stock
market of Bursa Malaysia is:

RM1.00 for RM1,000.00 or fractional
part of value of securities (payable by both buyer
and seller), and effective 17 March 2003, the
stamp duty shall be remitted to the maximum of
RM200.00. |

All instruments relating to the
issue of, offer for subscription, or purchase
of, or invitation to subscribe or purchase, debentures
approved by the Securities Commission under Section
32 of the Securities Commission Act, 1993, and
the transfer of such debentures, are exempt from
stamp duty. |
Stock Portfolio
Stock Portfolio enables you to view information on the
stock that you currently have.
Stock Tracker
You can track the movement of a particular stock. Highlight
the desired counter and click on the stock tracking
option.

Trade Information
This screen will show your order status, which is automatically
updated. You can find out whether your orders are matched
or otherwise.
Three status types will be shown here:

Trading Session
The period when the market is open. It is divided into
two sessions, the first between 9.00am to 2.30pm and
second session from 2.30pm to 5.00pm.
Top gainers
Top gainers shows the prices of the stock counters,
which had gone up the most in a particular day.
Top losers
Top Losers shows the prices of the stock counters, which
had dropped the most in a particular day.
Top volume
Top volume shows the stock counters which had the most
active buyers or sellers in a particular day.

Uncleared Trade Listing
You can enquire about concerning trades that have not
been settled.
In Uncleared Trade Listing, you can change the payment
type of your trade from CUP to DUP or vice - versa.
The change of payment type from DUP to CUP is subjected
to the following :
- Trade is not overdue
- FMR does not exceed 60%

View Trade History
View Trade History displays a history of all your transactions
for the day with updated status on orders placed.
You can sort out your viewing screen by making changes
in the various options provided here. You will be presented
with 3 different viewing modes.

- Confirmed order Detail
- Match Order Detail
View Trade Position
This screen will show you trades in total for the day
and the average prices.
